Welcome to Shree Kridha Travels. Please read the following ticket-related policies carefully before making a booking.
All ticket bookings made through our website are instant and confirmed subject to availability.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify journey details such as date, time, boarding point, and passenger information before completing the booking.
Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and bus service booked.
No revalidation or transfer of tickets to another passenger is permitted.
Strict No Refund Policy: All bus tickets booked via Shree Kridha Travels are non-refundable once booked.
No refund or cancellation is allowed for any reason, including voluntary cancellation, no-show, change of plans, or emergencies.
Refunds will be processed only if the bus operator cancels the trip, in which case a full refund of the base fare (excluding service fees) will be granted.
Reservation charges and service fees are never refundable.
Changes to travel details such as date, time, or passenger information are not permitted once the ticket is booked.
Passengers must arrive at the designated boarding point at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Late arrivals or no-shows will not be eligible for any refund or compensation.
Carry a printed or digital copy of your ticket and a valid photo ID during travel.
Shree Kridha Travels acts as a facilitator between passengers and bus operators. We do not own or operate buses and are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues during the journey.
