No Refund on Cancellations

·       All bookings made on our platform are non-refundable.

·       Once a ticket is booked and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

·       This includes:

o   Voluntary customer cancellations

o   No-shows or failure to board the bus

o   Last-minute changes in travel plans

o   Personal emergencies or schedule conflicts

Operator-Initiated Cancellations

If a trip is cancelled by the bus operator, you may be eligible for a refund of the base fare only, excluding any service or processing fees.

·       Refund eligibility is subject to verification and confirmation from the operator.

·       In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Payment Failures or Duplicate Bookings

In the event of:

·       Technical payment failures

·       Double bookings due to system errors

You may request a refund by contacting our support team. A full investigation will be conducted, and eligible amounts will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Important Notes

·       All service charges, payment gateway fees, and transaction fees are strictly non-refundable.

·       No refund requests will be entertained for issues such as:

o   Delay in bus arrival

o   Boarding point confusion

o   Weather conditions

o   Traffic or route changes

o   Incorrect user details during booking
